According to our records *** *** filled his prescription in our office on 8/07/2017. *** *** had this prescription filled with a dated used frame with wear and tear. This order was completed on 8/17/2017. *** *** did not come to pick up his completed order until 2/16/2018. He complained that our office damaged his frame and demanded compensation. *** ***'s demands were rejected by our office. The rejection was due to the six month abandonment of this completed order, and lack of proof that our office damaged his frame. As what *** *** was claiming do be damage was wear and tear from his previous use.Thanks -- Brown Eye [email protected]

I am rejecting this response because: Brown Eye Care did not verbally inform me of a two week time limit for my glasses to be picked upNor did I see any written policy indicating that Brown Eye Care would not be responsible for any merchandise not picked up within a two week time periodFurthermore, I am not trying to be unfair or unreasonableI just wanted to be treated fairly as a consumer
