Bad lawn installation - especially bad grading which has a potential of causing water damage to our basement
We hired Albert and Jake to install new lawn, mulch beds and trees/shrubs The lawn portion of the work was $2, Edging for mulch beds was included in separate price for beds and I estimate it to be $ Edging was never done and I have personally done half of it now, will be doing other half soon
Main problem though is the quality of work for the new lawn installation It did not look right from day and every time we asked them to take a look, they kept telling us that it is normal Our lawn is much worse than all of our neighbors - we have bare spots all over the lawn, the grass is very thin (not thick), we have crabgrass all over, and the soil looks like they did not add the topsoil they said they would Also, we keep finding a huge amount of stones in the top of our lawn (from pebble size to inches large stones)
On top of all this, the grading

A new sprinkler system was what I wanted to purchase but they installed a used system to cut costsThe system NEVER worked properlyThe plumbing was ran in my basement which leaked from day oneThey put a bucket under leak as a temporary solution but never fixed the leakAS the winter months approached they failed to winterize the system and quit returning my callsThe winter months caused the system to freeze and break in several placesDivision said they would come out and repair before the hot weather arrived in June but never cameI would like to have $2,refunded to meThis payment was made in cash in May of I never got one season of use from the systemJake and Albert are the sales reps
