This tenant requested for her AC to be repaired. We looked at it and thought we fixed it in about the middle of June. Her rent was due the first of June and she asked that day if she could pay June & July’s rent in July, and I said I guess that’ll be okay. We put in a window
unit which she said was adequate at the time, but then said it ran her electric bill up. She still has yet to pay rent, so she owes for June, July and August. My paying tenants come first. I don’t know what else to say because she has not made a payment in months. The air conditioner will be fixed because it is my property. She blatantly said she wouldn’t pay any rent and now she is being evicted
