Review: Please kindly note, we have also filed with the NJ Office of the Attorney GeneralOur contractor, Brown and Glynn, did a total kitchen renovation for us in They improperly installed the underlayment flooring, causing the tile floor to have grout cracking and popping noiseThe first repair was week after the install, 9/10/- 9/11/The 2nd repair was on 8/5/Total tiles replaced are over plus a lb bag of grout at our cost even thou the repairs are in the year guarantee time frameBut our complaint is that the floor is still showing distress and is now into the 3rd repair stage because of the improper installment and now our tiles have been discontinued and no longer availableWe requested to have the floor torn up and pulled out and a new correctly installed floor doneThe contractor will not take nor return our callsWe mailed him a Express Priority Letter on 9/10/that shows his office received it 9/11/requesting for him to replace the floorAs of today, we still have not received a call or response from the contractorThis project will need to have some or all of the following: improperly laid floor to be torn out, possible new trim, new sub floor, maybe new cabinet toe kicks, new tile/grout and the cost for new install and for kitchen appliances disconnected and reinstalled (plumbing lines and gas lines).Desired Settlement: Our desired outcome would be to either replace the entire floor as explained above to our acceptable state at Brown and Glynn's cost or they should cover the cost of the entire replacement job based on the given estimatesThis is all within the year guarantee of the contracted job and due to installer errorThis is including all the NEW extra's that maybe required as listed above from new trim, paint, plumbing requirements, etc
