addition cost.   The owner was given contact info for a carpet cleaner, witch will be billed to Brown HVAC.  Unfortunately the day we scheduled your call we had 2 commercial units needing emergency service, as they risked loosing large amounts of product.  The owner of Brown HVAC was on vacation and proper protocol was not followed.  You should have been called about rescheduling due to the emergency calls.  The technicians helper tracked roofing tar from the last job into the house, he has been reprimanded about the situation.  This should have never happen, and if given the opportunity to serve you in the future we would love to earn your business back.  It gets very busy the first week it hits 90 degrees plus, trying to get all calls done yours fell through the cracks, are deepest apologies for the inconveniences. Brown HVAC
