Arrived at to have front and rear brakes replacedI was told it would take hours to completeThe job was not completed until I arrived at National on 06OCTto have my front and rear brake pads replaced on my Dodge Charger before I went on a road tripThe sales associate [redacted] said it would take about hours for the mechanics to complete the jobAn hour passes by and [redacted] returns to say that my rotors need to be replaced because they are wornI tell him that they were fine before on the drive over hereHe gives me a nod and says that it'll only be another hour and minutes before the job is doneAs I wait I notice people that have arrived hours after me are getting their vehicles [redacted] returns and says that my calipers aren't functional and need to be replacedAt this point I tell him it's taking about hours to find a problem [redacted] leaves at this pointAnother passes by before they start closing down and someone realizes they still have customer
