I received a complaint id#*** in regards to *** *** allegations of fraud. This is the first I have heard of any of his accusations. Usually in the past if there has ever been an issue/dispute regarding a
credit card tip or unusual charge, I receive a letter from the guests credit card provider where I send them a copy of the original credit card receipt. I would be more than happy to do the same for this gentleman as well. I just need the details of his visit/transaction like the date of the visit. The amount, and the last of the credit card number with the type of card. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc..)
