I am rejecting this response because:My origional complaint is still valid.Just because I did not see any place on their website to pay by credit card and paid by personal check should not make any differenceThey still cashed my check and never got in touch with me again.The subpoena was supposed to be served to the executive vice president of a big insurance company and they would have absolutely no difficulty in serving the subpoenaHis excuse that he can not go and breakdown some one's door to serve a subpoena is a dishonest statementIt only proves to me that they only cashed the check and never did anything further.Their website states that they will make three attempts to serve a subpoena but they never informed me that they even tried one time.If they are a honest company at least they should inform the customer the reason why the subpoena could not be served before the court date.They did not answer my multiple phone calls and every time the message was that only way to get in touch with them is by emailI sent them two emails and they never responded to my emails either.Till I came to the conclusion that this must be a scam site and only there to cash the check.Hence I complained to the Revdex.com so other people do not fall into this trap.Even the previous email from Revdex.com to me states that Revdex.com could not get any response from this company.Whether they got paid by check or credit card should not make any difference in this matterOnly thing I would have done is that if I paid by credit card I would have disputed this matter through my credit card company and got my money back
