My air conditioner started blowing hot air Tuesday night, and I woke up to a 77 degree upstairs Wednesday morning. I was referred to Tony B[redacted] by another company, and was pleased to hear he could stop by that afternoon. 5:30 came and I still had not heard from them, so I called and was told they would be by my house within 1 hour. They never showed up. I waited until sundown to call another company, who promptly returned my call and arrived to fix my AC (a simple fix I might add) Thursday morning at 11. I don't mind companies arriving late for a job, after all it's summer. But a no-show without a phone call or even a heads-up? I'll take my business elsewhere next time.
