This matter we feel was handled in a professional mannerCustomer ( [redacted] ) left a impolite message using profanity stating that he no longer wanted our service and demanded refund be sent to him for the trash pickup, without even giving us the chance to explain what had happened or be able to correct the situationThis was a honest mistake due to a different driver running the areaWe had every intention of picking the trash up until we received the messageI did speak with customer and I tried to apologize for the mistake of their trash not being picked up, that we planned to still pick them up until we received their messageI did not feel it was appropriate to argue with a customerWe felt the best solution for this situation was to honor the request of the customer and send the refundWe did send a money order on 3-21-in the amount of $In regards to the couple of other times, those were due to icy road conditions and we did pick their trash up the same week, just a couple days later once road conditions were betterWe assumed most customers were understanding due to the weather conditions that were out of our controlWe were more than willing to honor our mistake and make things right with the customer but they wanted their money back.Thank you Brown Sanitation

I did speak with customer and I tried to apologize for the mistake of their trash not being picked up, that we planned to still pick them up until we received their message. I did not feel it was appropriate to argue with a customer. We felt the best solution for this situation was to honor the request of the customer and send the refund. We did send a money order on 3-21-2016 in the amount of $61.89. In regards to the couple of other times, those were due to icy road conditions and we did pick their trash up the same week, just a couple days later once road conditions were better. We assumed most customers were understanding due to the weather conditions that were out of our control.
