[redacted] is correct in saying the sales rep misrepresented and over promised on the install date [redacted] chose special order product that took 3-weeks for our supplier to receiveWe never give a specific install date for siding as install can not be narrowed down that far out due to many outside factors ie: weather, time to install previous projects etcCombined with the special order product we failed to properly communicate this to [redacted] ***When our production department called [redacted] on the 26th to inform of the install date of 8/ [redacted] said that was okay (I am paraphrasing) "but kind of discount is he going to get"My production MGR called me and asked me what kind discount I would offer and I instructed none as the job was on very tight margins as it [redacted] did not like that and asked to be released from his contract which Ecostar didHe stated his desired result was to be released from the contract, which he was immediatelyThen he filed the complaint with the Revdex.com
The material was delivered the day of or before the complaintWe did have poor communication with material and scheduling, job is completed now and customer is happy
