We are very sorry you are having to deal with this incident, and we apologize for any damage that happened to your vehicle while on our lotIf we had surveillance footage of our parking lot, we would let you view it to helpUnfortunately, we do not have any cameras recording the parking lot.While we cannot be responsible for body damages to your vehicle, we have already not charged you for part of the mechanical repairs on your vehicle and would gladly help with the additional mechanical repairs your vehicle needsAgain, we are sorry this unfortunate incident happened

We are very sorry for this situationUnfortunately, we cannot change or void a contract between you and the bankI have personally looked thru your paperwork and cannot find any place where day deferred payments where written downincluding the work sheet you and Jim used to agree upon
the price of the vehicle. Jim is only a product specialist and does not secure financing for customersSo Jeff, the finance manager, would have had no way of knowing you were interested in the deferred payment program unless you mentioned it to himWe are in no way trying to cause you or anyone hardshipThis is why we use written contracts, to make sure the terms are clear and accurateYour contract dated August 20th clearly states you first payment is due on October 4ththat's days from the date of the sale. Since this is not what you had intended my recommendation would be to contact the bank to see if they can find a solution for youAs I stated already, we cannot alter a contract between you and the bank.
