The dealer is placing blame on *** for an error they made instead of accepting liability for their error. They admitted they know from prior customers that the error existed and did nothing to correct it causing addl complaints. Because I have a price guarantee certificate they immediately corrected the listing and refused to honor the guaranteeA copy of the guarantee is attached
