Unfortunately any one can file a complaint without any meritI was contacted by a previous client/ parent during work hoursI explained
to the parent briefly that I was not able to speak with her at that time and I will contact her after my working hours which is ***Shortly after the first call the parent proceeded to call again this time with a damaging tone and being disrespectfulI told the parent again the same thingThe parent continued to call again this time I did not respond to that call trying to avoid any conflictLater that afternoon I sent the parent a text and informed her that the document she requested will be mailed to herAt the end of my work day I checked my phone and received a voice message in which the parent acknowledges receiving my textDue to *** regulations I cannot be on my phone during work hoursTo my surprise when I received this letter after speaking with this parent on 3-*-and then receiving this complaint on 3-*-
