No complaints here, we are very satisfied with our serviceWell come to think of it there is one issue I guessThe office manager named Trevor L**, he needs to practice his people skillsWe had to talk to him about a possibility of getting a paper sent to a potential customer that we were looking into and he was very adamant that this was beyond the scope of what the firm does but he would attempt to do it but all the while was verbally upset that we even asked him to help with the letter of intentWe were unaware at the time that your company did not do letters of intentWe apologized but he was as I stated verbally upset that we had askedAs an office manager he did not seem to know how to interact with your customers
