I am not pleased that Mr [redacted] outwardly lied in his response to youI NEVER demanded the paperwork in WEEKSI was told that it would take WEEKS to receive it when I initially signed the agreement with the Finance Manager, not the 5-weeks he statedIn Fact, I never dealt with Mr[redacted] until approximately months after not receiving the required paperworkThey never once communicated with me unless I called them each monthIn fact the last time I called the Sales Representative told me to CRAWL under my car to see if it looked darker! That is their communication with meThey have not corrected the issue with my windshieldAnd yes, I did finally receive the paperwork last week, months and ! week later
