I took my car in, for a tire changeThe car was making a noise afterward, so I took it in, with no appointmentThey put it up on the lift, and fixed the problemIt was some rust on my rotorsThe mechanic sanded them and told me that they should do me for the summer They could just have easily said I needed new ones They asked me lots of questions about my brakes, "do they shudder when you put them on?" Do they make any noise? etc
With the problem taken care of, at no charge, I might add....I left feeling confident that my car is in good hands with Brown's
