Extremely rude and lacked any type of professionalism We called months ago Clay was sent out from the moment he was sent out he was condescending and acted like we were wasn't his time We asked again to have a tech sent out they sent him out again and he stated different criteria then before and yelled at usWe called owner and he said we need to go elsewhereI believe other people need to realize what poor customer service they have It was a horrible experience both times

I've used Brown's for several years to install air conditioners and do furnace tune ups Last August I had a water heater go out on me and contacted Brown's for service, as they advertise hour service, but alas I did not hear anything And now recently I set up a furnace and A/C tuneup and they didn't get it scheduled as I had requested They used to be very customer service oriented, but that seems to be lost
