I hired Brown's heating and cooling to replace my ac/cooling systemcompany seemed great with all the good reviewsbut my experience was unbelievably HORRIBLE Everything went good with quote, contract and installationand then we found out that the entire AC UNIT WAS INSTALLED WRONGSO COLD WAS LEAVING THE HOUSE AND HEAT WAS COMING INwE COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT CAN ALSO HAPPEN WHEN U HIRE PROFESSIONALSso they spent another day, taking out the installed unit and re-installing it correctly GO FIGUREi had free service from them for couple yearsbut I didnt want to see them again in my house
