Ken Bof Brown's Interiors and Exteriors picked up an interior double window blind from us in February for repair He returned said blind on March 31, and we paid him $for the repair When we put the blind back on the window it had been shortened and no longer reached the bottom of the window by around a foot He picked the blind back up for repair within weeks It is now August 2nd and we still do not have our blind back He doesn't answer his phone or return calls Finally, I reached him this morning and he has our blind but has not had time to return it We have been without our blind for six months This is the worst service we have ever experienced and I strongly suggest that no one does business with him His only explanation is that he is busy
