I am rejecting this response because:I would like it posted in the records that this company did not refund me the money, as they are making it appear *** was the one to refund my money This company did nothing in the way to contact me that they even receive my complaint nor acknowledged it at any point up until now They also never apologized for sending me such an inferior product I am very dissatisfied with this company and the way they conduct business
