As you can see from the email chain, we entered a contract with Jerry B*** of Brown?s Marine Construction on 2/15/2016, but due to a disagreement the next morning that we could not resolve, he severed our contract on 3/24/We agreed and abided by the contract to allow Jerry to keep $for his drawings and time and asked for our remaining $1,of our deposit to be returnedThis was on 3/25/and we have repeatedly tried to contact him via phone calls, voicemails, and emails to no availBottom line he still has our money and we cannot move onA dock is my husband?s long awaited pleasure and Jerry has made it very difficult to say the least
Jerry has repaired and installed docks in our neighborhood for a long timeOur neighbor recommended him as well as another business ownerThey have also tried to contact him but he has not returned their callsThey have apologized to us and feel badly for recommending himWe have now been told he has not communicated with anyone
