Purchased a 1-year magazine (Turtle) subscription for my grandson on May 6, and have NOT received an issue Total cost of subscription was $58, Invoice #XXXXXX, purchased with my Chase Visa credit card The charge came through on May 7, under the description "SQ KLMN Readers Services, Killeen, Texas"I prefer not to enter my card number for security reasons Please notify me should you require it This magazine was based on his age at the time, and because it is nine months later, I would appreciate a refund Thank you

We purchased a year subscription for *** *** ** *** for *** made payable from a check, from a door-door sales person by the name of *** *** *** *** *** *** XXXXXX Company stated on the receipt: KLMN Readers Service, Inc** *** XXXXX, *** ** XXXXXI have attempted to call on two occasions before issuing this written complain, first call on *** *** and the second one on *** *** *** In both instances no one picked up the phone and heard a message I left a verbal message on both occasions trying to resolve the issue, but have not heard from them or have received any magazines It has been more than days, and I expect to receive a full refund if the company does not fulfill my order in a timely manner
