I have a brand new vehicle that I drove through the car wash and when I came out there was matching scratches on the hood On 12/27/I went in to have my brand new Mazda CXwashedI have had it a grand total of weeks and I absolutely love it and I stare at it lovingly every time I am close to itI notice every smudge, every water spotI recently purchased the monthly unlimited great white car wash club, because I seriously notice every spot of dust that hits my beautiful red carTwo days ago, I went through the car wash and hand dried every inch of her pristine paint jobTonight, I went through the car wash and when I pulled in to hand dry it, I found a long thin scratch on the hood by the drivers sideI went to get the owner and asked him what do I do if the car wash scratched my carI explained to him that it was brand new and there was not a mark on it before I went inHe treated me like I was an absolute itHe said it probably happened in Walmart parking lotHe

I was billed at least six times for $from Oct to 03/- due to my wife using a Visa Credit Card at this facility in June As above My wife used the above named facility a maximum of times 06/10/through 10/01/ I have been living in Sumter, SC since 06/27/and my wife moved here on 10/01/While reviewing my Bank of America Visa card statement today, I noted that on the 10th day of each month, from 06/10/through 03/10/2017, I was being billed $by The Palms Car Wash I immediately tried to call the Firm at XXX-XXX-XXXX and repetitively received a message "the mail box is full." I then called Bank of America and filed a complaint that I never received any services for 10/10/through 03/10/ They did not cancel my Credit Card, but informed me I would need to report this to them, if this fraudulent billing persists At this time, I am DEMANDING a credit/refund for a MINIMUM of $- ie six charges at $64.15, WHEN WE DID NO

I went to The Palms Car Wash with my wife's car and unfortunately the Ravspare tire cover was sucked off the tire while going through the wash and was completely destroyed probably by the car behind me running over it, since it is only fiberglass When I saw the manager, Dama, she told me to find out the cost to replace it and come see her, which I didWhen I went to see her after purchasing a replacement cover, she reimbursed me for the total costI found her to be honest, sincere, considerate, professional, and ethical I couldn't have asked for moreI will go back again to this car wash but without the spare tire coverIt is the most reputable and honest car wash in Highlands County

I went to this car wash and made sure I was under their clearance marker, and they told me to pull forward and then they told me to stop so they could clean my truck bedThen they told me to pull forward, and I put my truck in neutral as I was supposed to (although they don't have a sign that says that that is inheritently visible (I'm not sure where the sign is but my friend says there is one), and their tracks where your tires need to line up started pulling me, and then my truck was covered in soap so all I could do was wait for the wash to do what it was going toThen I heard a loud noise and it was obvious that my roof rack was where the noise came fromThe manager then stopped the machines and told me to pull out, very rudely as though I was the one who made this mistake and not the car wash, and then he helped me put my roof rack on my truckThen he told me to

while my wife and I purchased a monthly car wash package this past summer ( 2017), we also spent on an extra complete detail package for a one time detail in November after picking up our GMC Denali the night of the detail, the driver side power seat would not operate, I took the vehicle back up to JOSH at the palms the next day and explained what was happeningJosh listened politely and proceeded to take pictures of under the seat, dig a piece of plactic out of the track (that caused our seat motor to burn up) and called to price out an new seat motor and labor to fix this issueJosh then said he would have an answer as to the repairs the next dayAfter NUMEROUS phone calls, well over of them, trips to the car wash, I finally tracked josh (the manager) down on DEC 20th and he refused to pay for the damage his employees didhe told me that because the exterior panel on the seat had a tape residue on it, they would not fix the damage to the seat motor(This panel has nothing to do with their employees getting a piece of plastic stuck in the seat track and their employees running the seat motor back and forth until the motor burned out) Upon hearing this disappointing news, I left and now am left to get the seat fixed myself and pursue other ways to gain compensationthis manager seems to be rude, incompetent and and has no idea what he is doingneedless to say, we will never do business with this car wash again

September My fiance and I live in the area near Palms Car WashWe both have new vehiclesWe have experienced only issueMy fiance's truck had the antenna ripped out, tearing up the side panel of the truck (a lot of force!)I was not present when this happened, but she went out and got a representative from the Palms to take a look, and at first they only noticed that the antenna was no good (twisted up and no longer attached to the truck)So he advised her to fix the issue and come back with a receipt and he would reimburse her(So here they have already identified and agreed to fix the issue)Once I got a good look at it, I noticed the panel was actually torn (aluminum) and the repair shop ended up quoting repairs over $1,We took the truck back with the estimate, and the Palm's sat on it for a few days before approving and reimbursing us (no doubt a large jump from expecting to pay $and then having to pay over $1,000.00, so the wait time was acceptable from a realistic stand point)We received our reimbursement and got the truck repairedWe still go here regularly without any issues
The car wash does what it needs to doFrankly, it astonishes me how many times people pull in with garbage in their truck beds or loose things on their carsThis would obviously get sucked out into the wash and negatively affect everyone elseUnlike other car washes, The workers actually jump in and clean out any debris and pre-wash every single car before it goes into the actual wash, so they are already doing MORE than what needs to be doneBut with the volume they deal with it is impossible to claim "no scratches will occur"Dirt and Debris is destined to attached to wet fabricIt is a known hazard when you pull into an automatic wash that you may experience some minimal ghost line scratchesYou run the same risk even when hand washingSo I don't understand some reviews claiming they got scratches and are appalled
On that note, I have seen the reviews regarding the incident where someone stopped, and caused a pileup, and that should not have been allowed to happen but comes down to the person that stopped, not the wash itselfI hope everyone else were taken care of the way my fiance and I have been because we have nothing bad to say
We will continue to use the Palms car wash

I've stopped using this facility as wellAlthough it did not result in actual contact with the car in front me, I've experienced the same problemCars are crammed in there with no spacing whatsoeverI have though experienced wheel damage due to the workers no aligning the vehicle properly on the track

Cars were inside car wash in "neutral" All of a sudden the car wash line started pushing the cars into one another Five cars involved and all were damaged When each car owner approached the owner of the car wash for insurance information he refused to give his name or insurance company information He became very rude and cursed at the car owners The police were called and came and filled out a report but each car owner is left with damage to repair themselves
