I am rejecting this response because:
MrBrown was generous to reduce the initial cost of installing the seat covers but I'm not sure what that has to do with the Deposit I provided. MrBrown has not provided any portion of my deposit and has become unprofessional and unwilling to comply when a service request is not doneI have several voicemails from MrBrown stating he would refund my deposit, I have the receipt indicating the amount I provided as a deposit, and now the Revdex.com has provided me a hand written letter from MrBrown stating that he owes me a refundI'm not sure how Mrbrown calculated a reduction in my deposit but if the agreement was made I'm confused why it wasn't refunded in November when I was informed that he could not do the requested workHave not received any portion of my deposit and don't understand if MrBrown agree that he owes the refund regardless of the amount why hasn't he made the appropriate arrangement to refund meI have also attached receipt from MrBrown
