Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Hello,I received a Revdex.com email today saying you have not heard from Brown Drilling in response to my complaintThis is interesting I am positive that as a result of you contacting them they contacted me almost immediately say saying they would pay by the end of last month Today, after I received the email from you (Revdex.com) saying you had not heard from themToday I also received another email from them (again not very pleasant) saying I needed to drop my complaint since they had paid me off at the end of last month(FYI-- they did send a check and it went thru so I have been paid in full My only regret is that I waited a year to file with you thinking they would pay me back quicklyThey did notHowever, after the Revdex.com complaint they sent me the final paymentSo the complaint is resolvedHowever, am I correct in thinking they did not follow up with you? Also, if you rate their business practice, they need to have a written plan for refunding deposits or it needs to be in the contact NO REFUNDS or a certain percent is non refundable In my case, it was a deceptive practice in saying the deposit gets you on the waiting list with nothing in there saying you cant change your mind They seem to use the deposits for current expenses and have no reserves which does not seem like a good business practice to meWe thank the Revdex.com for you assistance!
