Bought a brand new bed for $2200 dollars. First day of delivery Feb 2015.
I paid for the delivery and the delivery guys installed a cracked - huge split box
- They ordered replacement part which arrived in Aug 2015 ( 6 months after delivery)
- Service guy came for replacement and had a wrong part
- He order new part
- Received a call for another appointment.
- I asked to have replacement visit , to be in the morning. Service lady keep saying their routing system doesn't allow them to guaranty the timing.
- I requested to talk to a manager. She kept on saying she is the manager
- Waiting for manager call 8 months after delivery of bad product

Terrible customer service. Made a $6k purchase and then at $250 purchase within the same week. The smaller purchase did not fit the space once assembled. So we returned and were told there was a restocking fee, which was not told to us at purchase. Also, apparebntly returns cannot be made after day 7 which was also not shared with us. Good thing we went on day 7.

Art van has lost our business forever.
