customer until we received the notice from Revdex.com. Also we believe he may have been leaving messages on a former employees cell phone who he had originally been working with on the project. Unfortunately that former employee did not relay those messages to us. Once they meet this afternoon we will send an update on the outcome of the meeting. Thanks so much.

Review: We contracted Browner Building and Design thinking that we had secured the best contractor, especially after seeing some of the work that had been done in other homes.We were told that it would be a 5 week job since we had permits drawn ( which they said was optional) and that there would be inspections. This turned out to be a 13 week project. We were living in the home in our bedroom this whole time.They had sub-contractors doing the work. We had someone doing concrete who didn't really work ( 2 hrs. per day, maybe) slept in his car and smoked cigarettes. We had framing subs who didn't check to see if the walls were straight...so they needed fixing. They did not re frame , but instead mudded to cover up.We had drywallers who didn't show up days at a time and at one point broke into our home to work when we weren't there instead of calling someone to get ahold of us to let them in. They also did not hang enough plastic when they sprayed so drywall spray was everywhere..They advertise that they have over 35 years of remodeling experience, however we found out that the company had been bought out 4 years ago and assumed the Browner name. Not the same company we thought it was.There was floor damage, lights damaged, a 2,000.00 stainless steel hood vent was scratched and was worked on for 3 days just to get it looking acceptable.The granite countertops were installed un level and they tried to talk us into keeping it that way. We refused and they fixed it. They painted the walls the wrong color even though we gave them the colors that we already had and where the paint was purchased, but they went elsewhere and tried to match colors. They had to re buy paint. Tiles were chipped and there was no clean up daily ( as they didn't have brooms, even we asked the owner , expeditor, and design person to get one on site.) My wife and I had to clean up each day just to get by in the house.Our opinion of the whole project was that they were un professional, rushed to make up time and sloppy.Desired Settlement: We were told that we would receive a 5 year warranty certificate, which we have not received.We would like that ASAP.Our can lights are not seated correctly into the ceiling, we want them fitted properly.The heating vent needs to be fixed-falling from ceiling. Called on these issues and they have not been taken care of.We paid cash for this job and on time.
