We had Brownie's Septic come out and give an estimate on moving our septic tankWe are putting in a pool and adding onto the house, and the septic system has to be movedThe gave us the estimate, and an estimated completion date of 4-weeksThis was including getting the permitMy husband followed up with them two weeks later, and was told they were just waiting on the permitAnother two weeks went by without calls from Brownie'sMy husband called again and was told they never submitted the permit
We were told they would submit it now, and then get it all done within two weeksOnce again one week goes by and he calls and asks where we are in the processThey didn't submit the permit the second time either!!!!!! My husband went to the company, and got a refund of our depositWe are now frantically searching for a replacement as we have the pool contractor and contractor waiting on the septic tank being moveI would absolutely not recommend this company
