Brownie's Concrete

I am rejecting this response because:  I know nothing will be done because the company does not belong to the Revdex.com.  I also know they think that the spots of the concrete came off because of salt being placed on the sidewalk.  We did not place salt on them and I never said we did. I said the sidewalks were treated the same...why would those 2 have the top come off and the other one not have that happen.  The bottom line is : it is sad that after owning a home for 38 years, I felt the need to contact the Revdex.com because the owner of the business could not take 5 minutes to have a conversation about what happened to the sidewalks and offer a solution for making it look smooth.  That is all we wanted.  But he was "too busy"- his words.  I was frustrated on the phone because no one would discuss the situation.  His wife was dismissive as well.  He came and drove away.  How do you think that makes someone feel?  It makes them feel the owner is avoiding them because there is a problem with the work.  At no time were we given instructions as to the care of the concrete.  We were never told to use kitty litter or sand.The Township lists all contractors in the area and remains neutral and does not reccommend contractors.The bottom line is we are disappointed that we were not considered worthy of a conversation about the sidewalk and we are disappointed in the sidewalk as well. Regards,[redacted]
