Review: On November 25, 2012, via etsy.com, I paid for a set of monogrammed diaper covers from this business. I was told that they would ship the week of December 3. I have repeatedly contacted them and they have not (1) provided the paid for items, or (2) returned any of my messages.Desired Settlement: I would like the paid for items and I would like to receive them prior to Christmas as they were ordered as a Christmas present.

Review: His company was hired on or about June 25,2013 to restore 4 ceilings and 4 floors and one set of stairs with an entrance. He required half of the estimate as a down payment which was in the amount of $2541.25 before he would start. He hired 2 sub-contractors to get a bid for the flooring. Both estimates were over what the insurance company was covering. We informed him we would pay the overage with no problem we just wanted the work done. With numerous calls to Mr. [redacted] from myself the owner and insurance adjuster Mr. [redacted] never returned our calls in over two weeks. Now its been 2 months since we hired him he has only completed $1837.00 which still left a credit to him for $704.00. He has only completed the ceilings and he still had a partial ceiling in the closets which he promised would get fixed over 1 1/2 months ago if not more.Desired Settlement: We would like for our overpayment of $704.00 paid back to us. Review: I purchased baby clothing to be monogrammed from the owner Feb 11, 2014. I received a confirmation email that the items would be sent the week of March 3rd. I never received the item. I began emailing the owner concerning the delivery and was promised multiple times that the item would be sent. The item was never sent. In May, I began requesting a refund. The owner promised to the refund the money for the undelivered item. I never received the refund. I requested the refund one more time via email June 24 and never received a refund or a response.Desired Settlement: I would like my paypal/credit card refunded the money for the item.
