For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had to wait an entire extra week to have my lawn mowedI never agreed to any arrangement where if they skipped mowing my lawn one week I would pay them double the next time....that is a ridiculous and unfair policyNo one would agree to thatThey did not notify me that they would not cut my grass for an entire week...if they would have done so then I would have mowed the lawn myself for that one week...As each day went by I assumed they would come back and do the work...they did not.Regards,*** ***

Our company explained to Mr*** that we have a minimum charge of $(which was installed in January 2016) When he signed on with our company in April our minimum was $ We did not raise his service price this mowing season because he was an existing customer and we were
honoring their price His backyard was not mowed because of the water retention from rain It was explained to him that had we completely skipped his mowing then the next week we would have to double cut his lawn and there would be a double charge for the extra time our man crew would spend at his property He stated he would not have paid for a double cutting had we done that We provided top quality service to Mr*** over the last years without any complaints We stand by our policy that has been in place from the beginning and Mr*** has made the decision to let us go
