On 6/1/purchased Dolphin Pool cleaner from Browning Pools Item not in stock, contacted today store will not honor price listed on web/flyer On 6/1/I purchased a Dolphin M-pool cleaner The item was not in stock at the Frederick store and I was told by [redacted] they would have one sent from their Damascus store On 6/2/I contacted store to see if I could pick up my pool cleaner and was told that the store/owner was going to issue a refund and they would not honor the price they sold it for and I could get the cleaner if I paid $more Additionally, [redacted] said that the price I paid was $under the stores cost The store claims the price listed on both their Web page and sales add is an error The pool cleaner Item is listed in their store sales flyer and store Web page as being on sale for $which is what I paid plus MD sales tax I advised the store this unacceptable they have no disclaimer or correction shown anywhere in the store, on the web and
