This Summer I was summoned to my front door by a solicitor from RISE Pest ControlHe informed me a number of residents in my area were taking advantage of a low rate on a one-time pest treatment for the interior and exterior of my propertyThe amount was very negotiable and the agent said he would offer this service for around $I accepted this price
The agent then said I would be scheduled for additional quarterly treatments but I had the right to cancel them at any time without penaltyI had an agent on my property sometime in September who did not ask permission to be on my propertyMy credit card was billed for this service
I was notified for an additional treatment on December 17thI tried to cancel and was told I would have to pay a large penalty (more than the scheduled cleaning service)I asked why my credit card information was stored from the summer through September and I did not authorize paymentI requested to be removed from the service
I purchased a product and agreed upfront to a service (pest control) - unfortunately never received a copy or saw an agreement they state I signedI signed an electronic tablet that basically had my credit card informationI was told that I would be notified before each service and I would be charged after the serviceI never received a notification of service but when I inquired they did say they could only do 1/the service because no one was home, but I was charged the full amount and charged again a month later for no service at allI was also told that they tried to call twice but have no record of either call on my cell phone accountI called a month ago and they said they would cancel the contract and refund the moneyI was charged again so I called today and they said they never received my prior callNow I'm told their is an additional cancellation fee for terminating the contract that I never sawI find the business practices of this company deplorableI've asked fo
I agreed to have Rise pest control come to spray for insects in and around my homeWell they have come to my home now times and I have seen more bugs since they came then everAs part of the service I was told they will remove webs and such from around my home and spray the perimeter around my home as well as inside my homeSo the second service I was not home for so not sure what they did however I can tell you the tech sent me an email stating what he had doneWell he said he removed webs and treated my home for insectsSo I went around to check out his work and I have pictures to prove he did not remove webs from around doorways or windows and by the amount of spiders and ants I would assume probably did a shabby job of spraying as well.I called the office to cancel the service and explained to them my situation and she stated the the tech may have had an off day as everyone does and I stated that was a poor excuseand that the webs should have been taken care of the first tim
