Just an amazing jewelerThey took such time and care with my great grandmothers wedding ring that I turned into a bracelet They walked me through the process, upfront about pricing and I was called in a day early than expected to pick up the piece! I couldn't be happierThe owner even took the time to listen to the story behind my heirloom - he calmed my nerves about changing the look and I couldn't be happier! Very well staffed - knowledgeable and so genuinely nice to work with

My trip to the Rock Doc! was very enjoyable He gave me a very fair price for things that meant a lot to me and I recommend the Rock Doc! to everyone! Happy Holidays! xxxxx

Bad service.....took my ring in for sizing and upon pick up,discovered stones were missing so I left ring with them to repair.upon receiving a call from them to pick ring up after repair, discovered more stones were missing.I brought it to their attention right away, before leaving store.Salesperson went into explaining things about my ring and said they refused to repair it again.I was told to take it back to where I purchased it from. She stated to me that the jewelry store I purchased my ring from should be reliable.I asked, how could that be so....but anyways Brownlee refused to repair my ring and sent me on my way.Don't recommend their service guys/gals

INCOMPETENT & RUDE!! Do not sell your gold to silver to Brownlee JewelersI took a small amount of estate silver to Brownlee on ***to sellI was quoted a price, I accepted, signed the paper work was given a check & walked outThree different employees were involved in the transaction I immediately deposited the check holding out some cash for a Christmas Memorial at the deceased's churchAlmost two hours later I receive a phone call saying that due to "human error" I was overpaid by They said they were going to stop payment on the check immediatelyi was told the owner's wife was responsible for the immediate cancellation of the checkI was offered "gas money" and $for my inconvenienceI asked for the owner (*** ***) to call meThis afternoon I went to pick up my merchandise (refusing the paltry "gas money" and $20) and was told that the owner "DIDN'T HAVE TIME" to call meThis is how Mr*** handles incompetence by HIS employeesThis is how Mr*** treats his customersI mean who in this business can look at the amount of silver being sold and write a check for over what it's worth if they have ANY CLUE to what they are doing??? If this is the type of "human error" that goes on at Brownlee Jewelers, we all need to look elsewhere

I have been a customer at the Park Road Brownlee for several years instead of going to the one closest to my home because I thought
they were more professional and courteous. After my recent experience I am very upset and disappointed in the poor service. I brought an
Invicta watch to have them replace the battery. When I came to retrieve the watch , I saw moisture inside. The response from the owner
was "that never happened before". They said they would send my watch out to correct the presence of moisture. I returned to pick up my expensive watch and discovered they had broken the chronograph function. This is not expected from a reputable jeweler and I am beyond upset. In total I had to wait 5 weeks (2 weeks to have the battery replaced and 3 weeks to have the moisture from inside of the watch removed). I was asked if I could leave the watch for a THIRD time to have the chronograph function repaired. I told them I would DEFINITELY NOT !!! I went to another jewelry store who repaired my watch for free (while I waited in the store).
