Review: We hired [redacted] Brownley and he did not complete the work he was contracted to do in the time he was contracted to complete it. The work was not finished and work that he had done was not done correctly forcing us to hire another contractor to complete and correct what he left behind. We have pictures to validate our complaint & a copy of the contract listing the problems the other contractor had to do to fix & complete. In addition to all the pictures and contract we have from the other contractor, a toilet he also had installed is now leaking and we will have to have that fixed as well.Desired Settlement: We believe he billed us for time he did not spend on the project including a last invoice he sent us for $1435.50 in which he did not complete the work project. There is no evidence that he was here the hours he billed us for, including the statements of another contractor who did not see him here the amount of time he billed us for throughout the duration of the job.
