We bought a car did our own loan with bank for car we wanted.got a temp plate here it was 30 days and had not heard from them.we get a tax bill for car so I know tags were done .I go by lot they tell me it\'s not in yet so I pushed it then they found tags.the tags were done on 5th of month and here it is the 13th and they don\'t know how to call and say they are in.they needed to order a remote so I ask them if it\'s in and get a reply we need the number off key so why didn't they get that the day they say they would order it.so now I still have no working remote and it\'s been a month that I bought from them.they got there money from my bank card paid for to them and still can get what they promise and I have a letter from them when we bought car what they were going to do but all they do is keep dropping the ball.
