Brown's, Charlie Park/Shuttle

Review: I parked my 2008 Saab 9-3 at Charlie Brown Parking on August 2nd 2014. I returned to pick up my car on August 9th 2014. I just purchased my Saab 3 Months ago. Which had no dents or scratches. I have many pictures to show as I wash and wax my car at least once a week. Upon arrival from the airport(to pick up my car) they had my car ready with doors open and trunk open. My wife and 3 kids got out of the shuttle and into the car, I proceeded inside to pay for my parking(charlie brown ticket number 96974). I get in my car and left. When I arrived home and got out I noticed my bumper was sticking out on the side, so I looked closer and there are scratches and black marks and the driver side bumper is shoved in, like someone backed into the car. This was not here when I dropped off the car, my wife and kids can attest to this. I called Charlie Browns that moment, (Saturday at 1pm) I have cell phone records. I asked to speak to manager, and explained what happened. They said I have to call back Monday. I called back Monday 3 teams, called Tuesday and left messages. The manager Scott Brown, never returned any calls. I would like my bumper fixed and the issue resolved. This is bad customer service. Before letting the customer leave they should require the customer to do a full exterior and interior inspection of the vehicle so issues can be resolved onsite.Desired Settlement: I would like my bumper fixed at their expense. I can take it to a body shop and get a quote if needed, as I live over an hour away from their service. I also have pictures dated Saturday as soon as I got home.
