Browns chicken

I placed an online order for pickup. When I got to the store, they said they never received my order. They didn't do anything to remedy the situation. They just said I could place another order and pay for it again. When I showed them my receipt as well as my credit card statement showing that the charge was pending, they said that I would need to dispute the charge with my credit card.
