I took my white coat with black trim to Browns Cleaners for dry cleaning. When I picked it up, the black trim was falling off, it was ruined. The coat was sent back to their office for compensation. *** from *** pointed his fingers to the manufacture right away and said: the label said dry cleaning, we dry cleaned. *** Browns Cleaners neither apologized nor take any responsibility. Stay away from this business.
