First and Foremost we want to apoligize to the [redacted] family for a bad experienceI do not want to create a back and forth over it, however, I want to ensure the [redacted] family that all county inspections were completed to date and are on record at the county and we are more than happy to share them with you folksI would also like to add that we were more than willing to make any corrections necessary when the job was completed but unfortunately we were not given an opportunity I will would like to say that, as the owner of the company, I am proud of our company and our achievements and it is unfortunate for this incidentWe have been serving the Stafford and surrounding area for years and carry an A+ rating with both the Revdex.com and Angies listI am sad that we did not get this one right and again apologize to the [redacted] family

I spoke with *** from the company and he stated that he has emailed the consumers the inspection informationAll the information he sent them is public record

I would like a copy of the passed inspections sent via email or my home address as *** informed us that nothing had passed inspection by the countyAgain I believe the work performed was unsatisfactory and we chose to have a different contractor complete the work the right way and in a timely manner

Review: This company was contracted out by [redacted] to complete a deck and fence on our property, the quality of the work was terrible and we requested a different contractor to come out and do the job correctly which has happened but in this process we found out that none of the work had passed inspection by the county and Brown's did not notify us of this. In my opinion this company is very unprofessional leaving trash on the job site and leaving materials all over the yard at the end of the day versus cleaning it up or organizing it.Desired Settlement: we are not requesting a settlement from Brown's as they were a third party contractor, we would just like to inform the Revdex.com of the unprofessional and shady work this company provides.
