Unfortunately any one can file a complaint without any merit. I was contacted by a previous client/ parent during work hours. I explained...
to the parent briefly that I was not able to speak with her at that time and I will contact her after my working hours which is [redacted]. Shortly after the first call the parent proceeded to call again this time with a damaging tone and being disrespectful. I told the parent again the same thing. The parent continued to call again this time I did not respond to that call trying to avoid any conflict. Later that afternoon I sent the parent a text and informed her that the document she requested will be mailed to her. At the end of my work day I checked my phone and received a voice message in which the parent acknowledges receiving my text. Due to [redacted] regulations I cannot be on my phone during work hours. To my surprise when I received this letter after speaking with this parent on 3-*-15 and then receiving this complaint on 3-*-15.
Review: I have been requesting a tax id number from my former childcare provider so I can file my taxes and no avail. She is hanging up the phone on and now she is refusing to take my calls. At this point I don't know what to do.Desired Settlement: I would like the information so I can file my taxes and move on from this situation
