At first I was skeptical because this process has been so difficult on my own so I thought it would be more of the same. I contacted them to get a start up loan, they was very nice and saying they can't grantee me a loan, but made it sound promising. Went trough all the steps and agreed to pay them $2500 for there service. Once you make it to the part where they talk to investors for your loan, the only way to contact that person is trough email. I would not suggest doing business with this company. Only thing I get in return email is there trying.
The individuals at Central Business Funding were very quick and helpful during the whole process. When I had questions, they would reply quickly with all the answers that I needed.
Communication levels with Jared & Dave have been terrific. I find that these individuals are straight shooters & feel more then confident they will get the job done!
Love the services very great worked well with my file and made sure everything was completed by a dead line. Great customer services as well everyone in the company are very nice and helpful. Thank you for working with my business plan and helping me get to a lender thank you.
Absolute rip offs. Claiming to be a "consulting/advising" company to "help" in the get funding. Which is not what they do at all. Even after pulling all my information and creating a separate entity to "hide" my personal credit challenges in an attempt to get funding they sent me to a loan specialist who then immediately went against everything they did and told me that doesn't work sorry. They suckered me into doing all these services that could have been avoided from the beginning. Instead they "recommended" we do all this [redacted] to hide my personal credit charging me 2500 dollars just to send me to a loan specialist that then told me that's not how the loan companies loan money they still look at personal credit. Now I'm stuck paying 2500 dollars which I have a 1400 dollar balance that is very difficult to pay because of the collections company they sent me too that want high monthly payments to pay back. Don't fall into this trap!!
Jessica was extremely helpful. She processed and followed up on the paperwork required to take it to the next step - and always on schedule and on track. It was great workng with her.
I recently requested there services. I must say they were all very nice and professional. They live up to there word and there contract. I ended up not finishing the entire service with them simply cause I no longer needed funding but in the future if I ever do I will most certainly use them. Can't thank them enough for all the help and professionalism they displayed even while my paranoia and stupidity caused me to be at best most unprofessional with them. Should I ever need there help in the future I'll most certainly use them and encourage others as well.

This company is a bunch of crooks they tell you they are guaranteed to get you the funding you need, that's how they make their money 2 to 5 % is to go to them after you get the funding. I was okay with that especially if my business was going to get the funding I need to get started. Instead they have you agree to paying 2400 for them to help you by reaching the people who will get you the funds you need for your business. I signed up in December I still have yet to see anything happen. The only thing that has been happening is them deducting from my account bi weekly. Today I reached out to Jared [redacted] and he tells me nothing was guaranteed and they have a signed document and recording to prove that and I informed him I have a witness and a recording of the conversation where they were telling me what not to say on the recorded verification process. My business is due to open in 3 weeks and I have no funding as promised. So now I need to figure out how to get the furniture/equipment.
This company is professional, uniform and efficient. They give hope to those of us following a dream that otherwise don't stand a chance. I am working with a gentleman that has been forthright and honest. They return phone calls quickly and clearly value customer satisfaction. They do not give up on you nor do they sugar coat anything. They do not promise easy but they do promise to stick it out with you as long as you follow their procedures. They are knowledgable and honest. I am so thankful I found them, they really seem to care. They go above and beyond and keep you headed in the right direction. There are no hidden fees and frankly the fees are very reasonable considering the competition, they are a business that needs to make money- they earn every dime. I am at the beginning of the process and am confident that they will keep their word. Ultimately I know that if I have questions they are there to answer. They treat you respectfully and as a professional and expect (deserve) the same in return. On a side note the gentleman I spoke with sounds JUST like [redacted] right down to the laugh.
