his complaints on a few occasions and let him know that we were not the ones that generated the paperwork and that a third party was responsible. I am not pleased that Mr. [redacted] outwardly lied in his response to you. I NEVER demanded the paperwork in 2 WEEKS. I was told that it would take 4 WEEKS to receive it when I initially signed the agreement with the Finance Manager, not the 5-6 weeks he stated. In Fact, I never dealt with Mr.[redacted] until approximately 3 months after not receiving the required paperwork. They never once communicated with me unless I called them each month. In fact the last time I called the Sales Representative told me to CRAWL under my car to see if it looked darker! That is their communication with me. They have not corrected the issue with my windshield. And yes, I did finally receive the paperwork last week, 4 months and ! week later.
