Thank you for sending this email.*** *** is a long time customer with our company and I spoke with him and with his wife many timesUnlike other customers, he calls and send messages after every order he is making and complains that some of the capsules are not workingWe have always
replaced them Since he began ordering with us, we have replaced more than capsulesFar more than the occasional defective complaints we receive from our regular customers, and which we always replaceOn October 13th 2016, we spoke with *** and explained to him, that it is impossible for us to serve him any longer with his high rate of complaintsWe explained to him that we serve thousands of customers and we never encountered this high level of defective unitsWe assume that he is not operating the units correctly and that is the reason for his troubleWe therefore agreed, (*** and our customer service team) during the October 13th discussion that from that date on, if he decides to buy from us, we will not accept any of his requests to replace units and he will either have to buy from another distributor or buy from us with the understanding that we will not replace his units any longer*** *** accepted this term and has ordered from us times since then, including the last order on April 15th, few days agoWhile we seek to satisfy all of our customers and feel it is unfortunate that *** *** is experiencing these difficulties, his request violates our agreement that we would no longer replace his products and we feel that he is taking advantage of us with another unfair and unreasonable request Thank you,David
