It is my understanding the customer came in this morning to ask for $170 in addition to the cancellation of the product and we complied. I did see the tax amount of $72 charge for sales tax on the product that was refunded and the customer requested $170. I reviewed the deal and saw nothing due on...

the We Owe document but the customer said he wants a second key so I instructed my manager to give him one.

Review: On January 11th 2014, I purchased a brand new 2013 Hyundai [redacted] from Brown's Manassas Hyundai in [redacted] Manassas, VA [redacted]. On my invoice it was stated that it is a brand new car.Two months after I purchased the car, I had a sensor problem which I got fixed in [redacted] Hyundai which is very unusual for a brand new car. On 10th April, I heard grinding noise from the rear right tire. I took it to [redacted] Hyundai again. Below is the report that they gave me that stunned me. "Tech found that the rear right strut had snap from bold on frame one bold missing prior also found green duct tape that was holding the strut to the car." After this report, for me it is proved that this car might have been in a major accident before I purchased it and the issue has been fixed without reporting it. Even the mechanic who showed me the problem with the car was shocked. They also suggested me not to drive the car now on. They even added that if I had drove the care in a highway, I would have had a major accident. To get a detail report about it, you can contact the [redacted] hyundai. After I got the report, I took it to Brown's Hyundai Manassas and talked with Service Manager, he totally ignored me. Other sales associates told me they are unknown with this issue and they cannot do anything further to help me. I was very disappointed with the disloyal behavior from a Hyundai employee. As mechanic said, I could have got into a major accident. My concern is my family. I have a two year old niece who travels with me often in the car. I am also concerned they might have been doing this behavior to other consumer as well and putting life is in danger.Desired Settlement: I want this car to be replaced with brand new zero mileage [redacted] with no cost and request hyundai management take further action on this issue so that this kind of immoral behavior will not happen again.
