Review: Told the service agent that I had just changed my brake calipers on my truck and that the brakes were not installed correctly by me. I assumed that it may be some air in the brake lines still. He said the would do a diagnostic check on them and give me an estimate. The estimate came in the next day and said they wanted to charge me a whopping $1,100.00 to repair them with a new master cylinder and a new brake booster. I told them I didn't need these items and that I would take it elsewhere to get it fixed. I took it to another certified mechanic and they said that the calipers were just installed incorrectly (like I had told him) and that I didn't need any additional parts. It cost me only $100 to repair it. Not only did they try and completely sell me something I did not need they tried to totally rip me off. They charged me $128.79 to get my car back only to give me a wrong diagnosis and to givel me misinformation and to try and gouge me.

Additionally, they did a factory recall while they had it on my steering column then when they replaced the steering wheel it was totally out of alignment. Now I'm forced to return to this shady dealership for them to try and realign my steering wheel.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for not only giving me the wrong information on a diagnosis but trying to sell me $1,100.00 worth of service I did not need. I sent a letter to the GM, [redacted], but naturally I did not get any response.
