December 13, 2016To whom this may concern, Customer was never given a quote, We do NOT do that and he knows that Additional work was done as per the customers request and that was the reason for the additional work All work was done as per the customers request, He was on
the job site all days and if he wanted any thing done differently he had all the opportunities to change any thing He had talked to me about a $1,dollar refund which was not exceptable B***'s will be willing to give this customer a $credit to his credit card, We will need to be contacted from the customer in order to process a $credit Problem SolvedSincerely,Geoffrey B***Owner
