Review: About 5 weeks ago I had a tree removed from my front yard. They were suppose to come back and grind up the stump, and replace a railing that they had damaged. I called them (4)four times about it with no return call from them. They were paid $1,700 for their workDesired Settlement: Finish the job!!
Review: On 11-9-13 a limp was droped on my cable TV line knocking the box lose from house. Was advised it would be fixed first thing 11-10-13. They returned 11-13-13 But box was not secured to house and it came lose on 11-15-13. Called 11-18-13 and left message. I got no response. I called again on 12-3-13 and my call was returned on 12-4-13 and was advised it would be taken care of by 12-6-13 .Today is 12-16-13 and I have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: Secure box properly to house.
