We were over miles away from home on July 2, This company took advantage of someone down on their luck in a different StateLied about how many miles away his "shop" was from us, said they were miles away then tried saying miles away when I disputed the charges - after I mapped out the address from him to us, then double charged amount of timeDid not do any work for us, looked at our radiator and told us what we already knew went and got a bottle of K-Seal and told my husband to put it in radiator and fill the rest with water as soon as we were ready to leave campground $later..........Now, wouldn't return my calls or e-mails to try and settle for maybe reimbof at least $hard earned dollars that I found in unchargeable fees Do Not use this company if you don't have to

We were over 400 miles away from home on July 2, 2015. This company took advantage of someone down on their luck in a different State. Lied about how many miles away his "shop" was from us, said they were 25 miles away then tried saying 45 miles away when I disputed the charges - after I mapped out the address from him to us, then double charged amount of time. Did not do any work for us, looked at our radiator and told us what we already knew went and got a bottle of K-Seal and told my husband to put it in radiator and fill the rest with water as soon as we were ready to leave campground. $491.00 later..........Now, wouldn't return my calls or e-mails to try and settle for maybe reimb. of at least $190.00 hard earned dollars that I found in unchargeable fees. Do Not use this company if you don't have to.
